CSR Europe and Huawei will host the 5^th edition of the Sustainability and Innovation conference in Brussels in February 2020, and focus on Digitalisation & Circular Economy.

With the circular economy, the linear consumption pattern Produce – Use – Dispose can be phased out in favour of a model based on Refuse, Reduce, Repair, Reuse and Recycle.

Digitalisation is a key enabler of this transition to a circular economy. Together with online platforms, it contributes to improving:

• predictive maintenance
• sustainable consumption patterns
• product as a service
• transparency & recyclability
• collaboration.
