Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) act as a one-stop-shop for the farming, agri-food and (agri) business communities. To enhance their activities, DIHs need to develop and implement their own business, market and technology strategy. Furthermore, DIHs need to acquire the skills needed to support the agri-food community in developing their strategy.

The SmartAgriHubs webinar on ‘Strategy development for DIHs’ will offer practical advice on the elements that DIHs need to pay attention to and the available frameworks to help them develop their strategy.
Stavros Tsitouras will present the background of strategy for DIHs. Attendees will hear about tools that can support them in their business and strategy development by Alexander Berlin. Two DIHs in the agri-food sector – Transilvania DIH and DIH Andalucia Agrotech – will share their experience on how they identified their market, services and technology focus and how they are executing their strategy.
